Wayne Farmer was AWESOME. He took the time to explain what was going on with my roof and even sat down at my kitchen table to help me file the insurance claim. 2 weeks later I had a new roof. His guys showed up in the AM and were done by the time I got home from work. I could not even tell they had been there because they cleaned up so good. I know its just a roof, but it changed the whole look of our house. Took 15 years off. You will not regret hiring Wayne and Top Tier.

In making the decision to use Wayne and Top Tier roofing was made early because they honored my request not to knock or ring the doorbell. This was so nice. After that we started a text message exchange as to when and how we would proceed. They worked with my timeline without issue. Once I was ready, They handled everything needed with the insurance company, went through the inspections, paperwork, etc. Once insurance signed off, all I had to do was pick the color. From first call to insurance to finished product was maybe 2 weeks, if I remember correctly. The crew that installed the roof was great as well. Kept the area clean throughout the process. The Top Tier team made several visits during the install and answered any questions I had. Since installation, we've had several neighbors comment on how nice the roof looks.
